LTHE & HTHE are used for Heat Exchange between Lithium Bromide Solution of different concentration during the Operation of the VAM Machine

We carry out thermal, mechanical design and then manufacture the entire ranges of LTHE & HTHE suitable for VAM Machine Chillers manufactured by M/S Thermax etc. for their different capacities Compressors. These HTHE & LTHE Heat Exchangers are manufactured as per Good Engineering Practice.

Generally these HTHE & LTHE Heat Exchangers are manufactured out of the Carbon Steel and Cupronickel (90:10) tubes. Tubes are having special type of formations as shown above.

We also have data regarding the various HTHE & LTHE Heat Exchangers supplied with VAM Machine Chillers from major manufacturers. In that case we confirm our design and parameters vis a vis the existing ones and manufacture the same.

We carry out the manufacture HTHE & LTHE Heat Exchangers exactly as per the Client's existing Coolers. For the same we depute our technical representative to Client's Site, examine the Cooler and manufacture the new HTHE & LTHE Heat Exchangers exactly as per the existing ones.
